MEHTOLA LTD

Our company is located in Eastern Finland in a town called Joensuu. Our town is a middle-sized Finnish city where nature’s role is important for almost everyone.   

The name Mehtola has a mythological history in a Finnish folk tradition. In our folktales the place called Mehtola symbolizes a pure coniferous wood. It is actually the Kingdom of the Tapio, who is the heathen god of the forest in our mythology. Ancient hunters begged Tapio for good luck for hunting and guidance in the forest.

For us, Mehtola is not just a name. Like in the myth it reflects to our Company’s image. We are trying to create a certain atmosphere for our customers. We hope that they get the feeling of the old Finnish coniferous wood.

Mehtola ltd was established in the year 2009. Our business idea is to provide high-quality and durable products to the customers. We are focusing mainly to European handmade products, which quality and durability are still guaranteed.

We are continuosly searching for more trademarks into our product range.
